Changing Your Mind

  1. Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled through your dashboard as long as the Vendor hasn't changed the status to "Shipped" or "Invoiced."
  2. After Shipment: Once an item is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for delivery and initiate a Return instead.
  3. Vendor Cancellations: Occasionally, a vendor may cancel an order due to stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund is issued immediately.
